Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects executes to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker.
