Vulnerability in Ultrascripts Ultraboard

UltraBoard.pl or UltraBoard.cgi CGI scripts in UltraBoard 1.6 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a pathname string that includes a dot dot (..) and ends with a null byte.
